Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate degree a plus.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a material testing lab environment.
• Ability to follow lab processes and test specifications; perform routine tests.
• Operate various lab equipment and tools with supervision.
• Good verbal and written communication; collaborate with internal departments.
• Working knowledge of GLP; maintain ISO controls and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests such as vibration/shock, temperature, humidity, altitude, and salt fog exposures.
• Gather data for routine tests and interpret pass/fail results.
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on lab equipment.
• Use tools and technology to track work.
• Additional duties as assigned.
