Job summary

John Deere is seeking a Lab Test Engineer for Turf and Compact Utility Platforms located in Grovetown, GA. In this role, you will collect test data, review results with the lead engineer, and report findings in the Vision system, while identifying automation opportunities and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years in the field, data analysis tools experience, and a background in product development and engineering principles. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Ag, etc...) or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years experience in field and product development process.
• 1+ years experience using data analysis tools and CAD/engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect test data, review with lead engineer and report results in Vision system.
• Identify ways to automate tests, run automated tests, communicate results, and involve cross-functional teams for root cause.
• Learn and apply company engineering policies and practices.
