Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT) or relevant related field.
• National Clinical Laboratory Certification (ASCP or equivalent) must be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• Laboratory experience using cGMP.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process specimens accurately.
• Perform donor screening and interpret data on screening platforms.
• Conduct documentation and reporting in adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
