• Associate degree of Applied Science.

Responsibilities

• Obtain specimens and maintain specimen equipment.
• Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.
• Analyze laboratory findings to check accuracy of the results.
• Enter data from analysis of medical tests and clinical results into computer for storage.
• Operate, calibrate and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• May travel to other departments and community to collect specimens.
• Complete clerical duties involving the laboratory.

• Full-time position (80 hours/2-week pay period)
• Monday-Friday, 10-hour shifts 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., 4 days/week
• Will primarily provide lab services in Family Medicine Clinic
• Obtain specimens and maintain specimen equipment
• Perform complex medical laboratory tests for diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease
• Analyze laboratory findings to check accuracy of the results
• Enter data from analysis of medical tests and clinical results into computer for storage
• Operate, calibrate and maintain equipment used in quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional patient interactions
