$26 - $30 per hour | Houston, TX | On-site | Consulting
We are an industrial technology company specialising in separation and filtration solutions for industries including oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, and other industrial operations.
We are looking for a temporary to permanent Lab Technician to support our in‑house analytical testing capabilities by investigating contaminants, particles, filter media, and separation‑performance issues. This is not solely an instrument‑operation role. The successful candidate must be able to interpret analytical results, develop technically sound hypotheses, pursue logical lines of investigative reasoning, determine appropriate next steps, and communicate findings clearly in written technical reports.
The role requires a practical foundation in chemistry and analytical science, strong problem‑solving ability, attention to detail, and the ability to connect laboratory findings to real‑world industrial process and filtration problems.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build hands‑on laboratory experience in an industrial environment. You’ll work alongside engineers and technical specialists and gain exposure to microscopy, spectroscopy, particle analysis, filtration testing, and materials characterization.
You’ll also get to see how laboratory results are applied to real‑world problems rather than simply running repetitive tests.
