Job summary

Omya in California is seeking a Laboratory Technician to identify and resolve differences between tests and results while implementing new methods under guidance. You will contribute to team discussions, log data for reports, and help ensure timely task completion.

The role requires a laboratory apprenticeship or equivalent, ability to work with minimal supervision, and proficiency in MS Office. Some travel may be required, with a pay range of $35.00 to $39.00 per hour (DOE).

Qualifications

• Laboratory apprenticeships or equivalent required.
• Must be able to perform standard procedures with minimal supervision.
• Pay: DOE. $35.00 to $39.00.
• Good command of local language (oral and written).
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Proficiency in office and technical software (eg. MS Office).

• Can work under guidance to test and implement new methods and processes.
