Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Laboratory apprenticeship certificate or equivalent (High school diploma).
• Some practical laboratory experience in industry or apprenticeship setting.
• Ability to perform standard procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve disconnects between lab test methods and expected results.
• Test and implement new methods and processes under guidance.
• Share perspectives on team challenges and contribute to group discussions.
• Suggest process improvements to procedures, equipment, or safety practices.
• Log data accurately to support reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with ISO or safety initiatives when required.
