Job summary

Sanguine Biosciences in San Diego, CA is seeking a Lab Technician II to support processing and testing of human biospecimens, including serum, plasma, PBMCs and immune cell isolations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science with 1+ year laboratory experience.
• Experience with human blood samples is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a BSL-2 lab and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Accession and document biospecimen collection information per SOPs.
• Perform processing and isolation of immune cells (PBMCs, T, B, NK).
• Handle other samples (urine, saliva, stool) as required.
• Maintain calibration and service records for essential lab equipment.
• Prepare, process and ship samples following SOPs and IATA regulations.
• Maintain records of specimen processing, storage, distribution and transfers.
