Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC in Minneapolis is seeking a Lab Technician 2 to preserve, prepare, process and maintain lab samples across environmental, biological and chemical workflows. This full-time role demands accuracy, documentation and teamwork in a fast-paced lab environment.

The position features a Monday–Friday schedule with an 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shift, starting at $21.00 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of lab support experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lab for daily operations, including stocking materials and maintaining cleanliness.
• Supports analytical testing and documents results.
• Transports and maintains samples, documents and materials.
• Disposes of lab materials following established guidelines.
• Performs basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Maintains logs, documents and databases and provides support to staff and management.
