Job summary

Pace Analytical Services, LLC is hiring a Lab Technician in Duluth, MN. The role focuses on sample preparation and basic lab support in our environmental testing laboratory; training is provided to help you grow a laboratory sciences career.

The position requires a high school diploma, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work in a lab setting with PPE. Prior lab experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a lab or office setting, remain standing for long periods while conducting tests, work around strong smells, and wear PPE (lab coat, safety glasses, gloves) provided by Pace.
• Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support all laboratory sample-related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
• Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.
