Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and training.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lab for daily operations, including stocking materials, equipment, safety, cleanliness, and related areas.
• Supports analytical testing process using complex to specialized lab knowledge and documents results.
• Picks up, transports, and maintains results, samples, documents and materials as needed.
• Disposes of laboratory materials following established guidelines.
• Performs basic laboratory equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Reviews and processes complex logs, documents and databases.
• Provides support researching issues and developing recommendations to resolve problems.
• Assists with ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
