Eurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is seeking an entry-level Laboratory Support/Pre-Analytical Associate in Centennial, CO. The role covers collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving of laboratory specimens, with emphasis on accuracy and compliance.

You will handle reagent receipt/storage, inventory management, and post-analytical tasks while maintaining strong customer service and communication.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a clinical lab environment or relevant setting.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Strong communication skills and analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage pre-analytical processes in the lab life cycle: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving.
• Receive and store reagents in the facility and LabVantage system.
• Perform inventory management and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Handle post-analytical processes, including sample disposition and archive sendouts.
• Support departmental operations and adhere to quality management system standards.

Job Description

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for pre-analytical processes within the life cycle of the laboratory specimen: collection, packaging, shipping, receiving, processing, tracking, and archiving
• Responsible for receiving and storing reagents both in the facility and in LabVantage
• Responsible for inventory management
• Responsible for post-analytical processes, including sample disposition and archive sendouts
• Contributes to laboratory maintenance, as assigned
• Interfaces with Eurofins DPT clients to resolve specimen inquiries and requests
• Recommends changes in services, processes, and policies that enhance pre-analytical efficiencies
• Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies.
• Assists department as needed with routine operations
• Supports Eurofins DPT’s business philosophy, leadership values, and ethics
• In order to meet Eurofins DPT’s quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of Eurofins DPT’s quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures, training, good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.
