Cordant Health Solutions is seeking a self-motivated Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team in Flagstaff, AZ. You will prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned workstation.

Responsibilities include reading and scanning Chain of Custody forms, ordering tests, applying barcoded labels, verifying aliquot volumes, and maintaining chain of custody while following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a lab or high-volume production environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret and follow complex written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Data entry proficiency (alpha/numeric).

Responsibilities

• Open sample bags, create accessions and batches, order tests, and apply barcode labels.
• Scan Chain of Custody forms with proper orientation and documentation.
• Verify aliquot volumes; hand-pour aliquots if required.
• Enter client and donor information, noting deficiencies after sign-off.
• Transport batches to other departments and manage freezer storage with chain of custody.
• Follow laboratory policies and health and safety standards; perform other duties as assigned.

Lab Technician – Laboratory Operations- Flagstaff, AZWe are seeking a self-motivated Lab Technician to join our Laboratory Operations team. In this role, you will prepare batches of samples by receiving and sorting urine and oral fluid specimens at your assigned workstation.
