Experis Technology Group in Redmond, WA seeks a Lab Technician, Hardware 3 to join the on-site lab-based engineering support team for Azure hardware development. You will perform hands-on measurements and support signal/power integrity testing on hardware prototypes.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of hands-on lab experience with electronic systems, strong analytical skills, and the ability to mentor colleagues. This role offers onsite work with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on lab technician work involving electronic systems and hardware measurements.
• Direct experience taking measurements on electronic systems; data center work without hands-on measurement is not eligible.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability with attention to detail in a lab environment.
• Team oriented mindset with basic mentoring skills to support others.
• Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware/software.

Responsibilities

• Support lab-based measurement and testing efforts contributing to Azure hardware development, including signal and power integrity work.
• Perform hands-on electronic system measurements on hardware using appropriate lab equipment and procedures.
• Build, test, and modify hardware prototypes or working setups to support validation and troubleshooting.
• Monitor equipment and test results, then make necessary adjustments to help ensure systems operate in conformance with specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering staff by consulting specifications and evaluating hardware/software interface and performance requirements.

Our client, technology and hardware development organization is seeking a Lab Technician, Hardware 3 to join their team. As a Lab Technician, Hardware 3, you will be part of the lab-based engineering support group supporting Azure hardware development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on lab measurement experience, strong analytical and problem‑solving ability, and clear communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lab Technician, Hardware Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite Pay Range: $49 - $53.hr on Experis W2 (Benefits/PTO/401k)
