• Perform appropriate laboratory practices and procedures for product formulation and testing.
• Follow product stability protocols, maintain, monitor, validate, and calibrate lab equipment as necessary.
• Prepare reports, collect and analyze data, and communicate progress and completion of tests to leadership.
• Maintain good record‑keeping habits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
