CF Industries Port Neal Complex is seeking a Lab Technician to provide analytical and environmental chemistry support in a safe, cost‑effective manner, ensuring team safety and compliant operations.

The role emphasizes routine water, process, and product analyses, timely documentation, and urgent handling of non-routine analyses to minimize costs and optimize production. A Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or science is preferred, with lab experience and shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry/Science or related degree preferred.
• Experience in a lab setting required.
• Ability to perform chemical analyses using approved methods.
• Rotating shift schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides advice when troubleshooting facility issues.
• Promotes and follows safe laboratory procedures.
• Maintains daily sample schedule for routine analyses.
• Ensures product shipments meet specifications.
• Follows CF and Government guidelines in all procedures.
• Communicates results accurately and timely.
