Job summary

CF Industries is seeking a Lab Technician for the Port Neal Complex to provide competent analytical and environmental chemistry support in a safe, cost-effective manner. The role focuses on ensuring team safety, reducing costs, and maintaining regulatory compliance across water, process, and product analyses.

The incumbent will diagnose plant-wide issues, communicate findings, and ensure timely reporting while handling routine and non-routine analyses with urgency and accuracy to prevent

Qualifications

Proven experience in analytical chemistry and environmental chemistry support.
Ability to diagnose and advise on plant-wide problems using chemistry knowledge and lab techniques.
Strong teamwork and effective communication with other departments.

Responsibilities

Provide timely diagnostic and analytical support for Port Neal Complex.
Ensure routine water, process and product analyses are completed and reported accurately.
Maintain safety programs and promote safe laboratory procedures.
Ensure product shipments meet specifications and comply with CF and government guidelines.
