Experis Technology Group in Alameda, CA is seeking an entry-level Lab Technician to support complaint investigations and routine lab testing. You will unpack boxes, sort returned products by product lines, and help resolve customer issues related to glucose meters, strips and sensors.

Using common troubleshooting tools such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, and microscopes, you will document findings in the Complaint Handling System with clear records, maintain quality documents,

Qualifications

• Recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree are ideal for this entry-level role.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office and capable of data entry.
• Able to read, write, and comprehend English.
• HS Diploma or GED; an Associate's in Electrical Engineering or Science may be considered.

Job Title: Lab Technician (Entry Level)

Location: Alameda, CA (100% On-Site)

Pay Range: $28/hr. - $31/hr.

Duration: 6+ Month Contract

Shift: 5:00AM - 1:30PM

Unpack boxes safely and sort returned products by product lines.

Investigate returned products to resolve customer complaints related to blood glucose meters, strips & sensors.

Document complaint investigations in the Complaint Handling System with clear, accurate records.

Use troubleshooting and lab equipment (e.g., multi-meters, oscilloscopes, test fixtures, microscopes) to complete investigations.

Perform routine maintenance on individual quality records and ensure testing equipment is within validity.

What's Needed?

• Recent college graduates with a bachelor’s degree are an ideal fit for this entry level position.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate Internet programs used, plus basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
• Good documentation skills and comfort with data entry of investigation results.
• Ability to follow written work instructions of SOPs and maintain consistent, repeatable work.
• Minimum education: H.S. Diploma or equivalent (such as GED) with technical experience; an Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or other Science may be considered.
