Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Science training and/or dairy experience preferred.
• Knowledge of food standards and HACCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull required samples at established times for lab testing.
• Verify product meets specifications on the line and notify deviations.
• Run tests and interpret results (pH, TA, weights, temperature, etc.).
• Maintain clean, organized lab and incubator areas.
• Collaborate with team to identify improvements.
