Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking an entry-level Quality Lab Technician to support the Quality department. You will perform water, raw milk, load-out, finished product, and microbiological testing, generate daily reports, enter data, and assist with special studies.

You will operate laboratory instrumentation, prepare media, perform sensory evaluations, maintain records in the LIMS, and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and PMO standards.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of one year laboratory experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate laboratory testing instrumentation safely and efficiently, covering moisture/solids, protein, fat, pH, and other assays.
• Conduct daily quality line sampling, evaluation, and testing on the plant floor.
• Prepare all solutions and media needed for laboratory testing.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and results in the LIMS.
• Notify the QA Manager and supervisors of any anomalous results or product defects and perform re-checks.
