Job description

Join us as a Lab Technician I at Pace® Labs. This onsite, full‑time position is located in Greenville, SC.

Shift

Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; rotating weekends and holidays.

Compensation

$17.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

Support all laboratory sample‑related activities, including preservation, preparation, processing, and maintenance.
Maintain and update appropriate documentation and databases.
Participate in training on fundamental lab support policies, programs, and practices.

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to perform work in a lab or office setting, remaining standing for long periods while conducting tests, working around strong smells, and wearing personal protective equipment while handling samples (e.g., lab coat, safety glasses, and gloves; all PPE provided by Pace®).
Experience in a laboratory or environmental testing setting is preferred, but not required.

Working Environment

Work is performed in a lab and office setting. Work is subject to chemicals, fumes, gasses, noxious odors, and related items in a lab and samples setting.
