Description

• Prepare product samples and formulations according to established specifications and procedures.
• Support bench‑top development work, including weighing, mixing, measuring, and scaling formulations.
• Perform basic calculations related to formulation adjustments and batch scaling.
• Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing results, observations, and project activities.
• Organize and maintain laboratory materials, ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with product development trials and support ongoing R&D projects.
• Follow laboratory safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Work closely with laboratory leadership and product developers to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
• Demonstrate initiative by identifying tasks that need attention and taking ownership of responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months to two years of laboratory, food, beverage, or product development experience.
• Experience performing bench‑top formulations or sample preparation.
• Exposure to consumer‑packaged goods (CPG), food, beverage, flavor, or ingredient industries.
• Demonstrated initiative and the ability to identify and complete tasks without constant direction.
• Strong self‑awareness, confidence, and willingness to learn.
