Responsibilities

Prepare product samples and formulations according to specifications.
Support bench-top development work: weighing, mixing, measuring, and scaling.
Perform basic calculations for formulation adjustments and batch scaling.
Maintain accurate records of formulations, testing results, and activities.
Organize laboratory materials, equipment, and supplies.
Assist with product development trials and ongoing R&D projects.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean lab environment.
Collaborate with leadership and product developers to complete projects on time.
Identify tasks needing attention and take ownership.
