Job summary

Elementis Global in Huguenot, NY is seeking a QC Lab tech to handle, test, and report results for in-process, finished goods, raw materials and stability samples in a regulated cGMP environment.

The role requires an Associate degree or higher, 5+ years in a GMP analytical lab, and hands-on experience with titrations, auto-titrator, ICP and Malvern laser diffraction instrumentation. Ability to lift 50 lbs and strong documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or better in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in a GMP-regulated analytical lab environment.
• Experience with titrations and ICP; proficient with Malvern equipment.
• Strong communication and documentation in a cGMP setting.

Responsibilities

• Handle, test and report results for in-process, finished goods, raw material and stability samples.
• Perform repetitive tests including titrations and operation of auto-titrator, ICP and Malvern equipment.
• Maintain lab notebooks and logbooks; uphold safety and GMP standards.
• Support audits and ensure compliant documentation practices.

Job Description

Duties include the routine handling, testing and reporting of results of in process, finished goods, raw material and stability samples. Ability to perform repetitive testing including titrations and operation of auto-titrator, ICP and Malvern laser diffraction/light scattering particle size analysis. Replenishment of reagents as needed. Maintenance of lab notebooks, logbooks and instruments. Safety/GMP audits. Good communication and documentation practices for regulated cGMP environment.

What will it take

Associates degree or better. 5 yrs experience in a GMP regulated analytical lab environment. Experience performing repetitive tests and tasks including titrations and operation of auto-titrator, ICP and Malvern laser diffraction particle size analysis instrumentation. Good communication and documentation practices for regulated cGMP environment. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Salary Range

The base pay rate is $28.37 - $34.68. In addition to hiring pay, compensation package may include additional components such as health benefits, life insurance, 401K, vacation and yearly bonus incentive.
