Job summary

Actalent in Illinois seeks a Lab Technician to perform hands-on bench analysis and prepare accurate laboratory reports. The role requires following safety protocols and internal procedures while keeping up to date with analytical methods.

The candidate will assist with equipment maintenance, calibration, and the preparation of chemical solutions, ensuring high-quality QC and GMP-compliant work throughout daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Must understand laboratory analysis methods and safety protocols.
  • Experience with crude oil assay distillation per ASTM D2892 and D5236 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Wet Chemistry, QC and GMP practices.
