Job summary

Amgen in Ohio (New Albany area) seeks an Entry Level System Administrator to support Operations Technology, focusing on Laboratory, Benchtop, and manufacturing capabilities. You’ll assist with application support, deployment, and day-to-day tasks while adhering to Amgen standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with strong problem-solving, data-driven analysis, and teamwork across Quality, Manufacturing and Process Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IS, IT, or related field or 4–6 years’ experience alternative.
• Experience with GMP/compliance environments is a plus.
• Experience supporting applications, design, deployment and day-to-day support for Manufacturing/Quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Support applications, design, solution deployment and day-to-day support for Quality, Manufacturing and Process Development teams.
• Analyze problems, develop technical solutions using data-driven approaches.
• Coordinate issues across departments and Amgen sites.
