Position Overview
The Lab Support Technician supports the provider care team by managing reports, data, and scheduling functions within the laboratory. Responsibilities include providing accurate and timely laboratory support, demonstrating excellent customer service aligned with Mercy Signature Service Standards, and skillfully collecting specimens for testing using safe and professional methods while adhering to HIPAA and lab policies. All duties should reflect our mission, values, and service standards.
