Job summary

SSM Health Dean Medical Group Wisconsin Dells is seeking a part-time, PRN phlebotomist to support the laboratory team. Shifts may be picked up in Wisconsin Dells, Portage, and Columbus areas and involve phlebotomy and waived testing as needed.

Under direct supervision, you may perform phlebotomy, clerical duties, and patient verification, with duties including specimen handling and order entry. High school diploma or equivalent and flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, label, process and preserve blood, urine and other specimens.
• Enter, access and execute lab orders in the EMR system.
• Perform administrative and clerical duties including admission activities and order entry processing.
