Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of experience in a laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach team members across multiple sub-departments.
• Oversee operations across multiple workflows to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Analyze operational data with Excel or dashboards to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Ensure QA standards, safety and SOP compliance and collaborate across departments.
