A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Coordinator who will be responsible for managing daily patient flow, performing phlebotomy, and handling operational issues. This role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent with phlebotomy training and offers evening, night, and weekend differentials.
Statement of Purpose:
Cordially greets and receives patients, ascertains their needs, and appropriately directs patients. Has command of the computer, uses the telephone courteously and performs clerical duties. Performs phlebotomy procedures, blood cultures and EKG procedures. Manages their location by ensuring supplies are ordered, staffing is optimal, issues are addressed. Ensuring the mangers/ supervisor are aware of issues or concerns about the site. Working closely with the manager/ supervisor to ensure the site runs as efficiently as possible.
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Phlebotomy training required. 1 year of phlebotomy or management preferred.Certification/License: Valid Driver's license. ASCP or eligible.
Experience:
Computer/Keyboard experience helpful.
Phlebotomy experience required.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
MRMC Differentials:
Hospital differentials are:$3.50 hourly for evenings,$5.00hourly for nights,and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy
