Job Summary/Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Design Support Coordinator to join our digital creative team. In this hybrid role, you’ll support the creative workflow from both an operational and production standpoint—acting as a key link between internal teams, external vendors, and our designers.

You’ll manage the intake and preparation of incoming design requests, ensuring forms are accurate, complete, and ready for execution. You’ll also assist with light production steps or polish to design deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who also brings a foundational understanding of design tools and production workflows. This is a remote position.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and quality-check design request forms for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and vendors to gather missing assets or clarify details
  • Help prioritize and prepare creative requests for the design team
  • Assist designers with light production tasks such as adding video content, basic animations, or functional elements to digital files
  • Organize and prepare final files for delivery or deployment
  • Contribute to workflow improvements and ensure the creative process runs smoothly from intake to final handoff

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to catch inconsistencies or missing information
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to follow directions and handle production tasks with accuracy
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, dependable, and collaborative
  • Basic understanding of digital ad formats, file specs, and asset requirements
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Web Designer or HTML5 is a plus, but not required
