Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Lab Supervisor in Arden Hills, MN for a defined term of 12–18 months. You will lead a team of about six quality technicians in a CIS group, driving quality improvements and regulatory compliance on-site four days per week.

You will collaborate with Design Assurance, R&D, supplier engineering and manufacturing to understand product performance and improve patient outcomes while ensuring patient safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years' quality experience.
• Minimum of 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects across multiple disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Power BI and/or data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership to approximately six quality technicians, coaching and guiding priorities.
• Oversee the effective execution of complaint management WIP, metrics, and reporting for director-level reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to identify and resolve quality issues using engineering tools and investigative equipment.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline CIS processes while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Champion continuous improvement across local and Global Post Market organizations.
• Foster a diverse workplace and inclusive collaboration to achieve objectives.
• Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality and maintain compliance with Quality Policy.
• Lead the rollout of new systems and gather feedback for improvements.
