OhioHealth is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor in Phlebotomy to oversee departmental operations and staff. This role requires coordination with physicians and other departments to maintain quality, accuracy and timely lab results.
The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree and 3-5 years in a clinical setting, with strong knowledge of CAP/CLIA standards and experience in staff development and performance management.
