Minimum two years of experience as a laboratory generalist.
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
ASCP MLS(ASCP) and MT(ASCP) certifications.
Epic Beaker proficiency required.

Responsibilities

Provide interim leadership for laboratory operations during leadership transition.
Support day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance activities, staffing oversight, quality initiatives, competency management, and accreditation readiness.
Lead team meetings, budget analysis, and performance improvement initiatives.
Train and support medical technologists on bench assignments as needed.
