Eurofins USA Food Testing in Madison, WI is seeking a Supervisor to lead method development and validation projects, oversee sample analysis, and ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO/IEC 17025 standards.

This full-time role manages scientific and operational staff, oversees data review and reporting, schedules resources, and maintains a safe, efficient laboratory environment while fostering professional growth.

Formación

• BS/BA in science or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience and 1+ year leadership experience.
• Knowledge of regulatory agency guidelines (GLP/GMP).
• Experience with lab operations and related software/systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to learn quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise scientific and operational staff on method development/validation projects.
• Oversee analytical data review, data management, and report generation.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation; maintain equipment and space.
• Provide training plans and develop staff capabilities.
• Act as front-line contact for internal and external clients; maintain safe lab environment.
