The ideal candidate has 3 years of laboratory experience and phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to train and evaluate staff. Day shift, full-time position at 4374 New Town Ave.

Qualifications

• 3 years lab experience required.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Leadership and staff supervision responsibility in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for daily operations, work coordination, quality service and team supervision.
• Coordinate quality improvement activities and resolve customer service issues.
• Train and evaluate staff performance and institute corrective measures.
• Support lab employees with IT solutions for everyday operational needs.
• Perform phlebotomy and/or operate point-of-care equipment.
