Assumes responsibility and provides leadership for daily operations, work coordination, quality service, and team member supervision in assigned areas. Facilitates staff management. Coordinates quality improvement activities, resolves customer service issues, and monitors resource utilization. Train and evaluate staff performance and institute corrective measures appropriately. Supports lab employees with IT solutions for everyday operational needs. Performs phlebotomy and/or operates point-of-care equipment.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $60,361.60 - $94,848.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
