Job summary

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains, assigns work, and evaluates performance of staff.
• Develops staffing, revenue and expense budgets for the department.
• Supervises lab activities and maintains supply par levels and procedures.
• Updates procedures and implements new techniques/equipment as needed.
• Streamlines tasks and ensures daily operations meet quality standards.
• Monitors test analyses and specimen examinations to ensure analytic performance.
