Our Missouri Baptist location is hiring a Supervisor III for their Chem Lab! Chemistry, training and process improvement experience is preferred. This position is with a great team that allows experience with multiple areas of lab and professional leadership development.
Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital has a 24-hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Role Purpose
Responsible for managing daily operations (QA/QC, equipment maintenance, workflow, service levels, operational oversight, workspace), staff (first level supervision, scheduling, coaching, staff development, CE, etc.) and performing analysis within the regulatory requirements.
