Solvay's Deer Park, TX site seeks an Analytical Services Laboratory Supervisor/Engineer to lead analytical operations supporting hydrogen peroxide products for semiconductor applications. Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in an analytical laboratory environment.
- Experience with high-purity analyses and manufacturing support.
- Experience with ICP-MS/ICP-OES and other analytical techniques desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, efficient operation of the Analytical Services Laboratory.
- Manage resources, equipment, and spending with contingency plans.
- Support quality processes, investigations, and final product approval.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and business teams to optimize processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and share best practices with other Solvay labs.
