Qualifications

Master's degree preferred in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years in an analytical laboratory environment.
Experience with high-purity analyses and manufacturing support.
Experience with ICP-MS/ICP-OES and other analytical techniques desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead safe, efficient operation of the Analytical Services Laboratory.
Manage resources, equipment, and spending with contingency plans.
Support quality processes, investigations, and final product approval.
Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and business teams to optimize processes.
Drive continuous improvement and share best practices with other Solvay labs.
