Our Analytical Services Laboratory team plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations, product quality, and customer satisfaction. As the Analytical Services Laboratory Supervisor/Engineer you will lead laboratory operations at our Deer Park, Texas site, providing process monitoring, final product approval, and analytical support for hydrogen peroxide products, including high-purity grades used in semiconductor and electronics applications. In this role, you will work at the intersection of manufacturing, quality, business development, and customer support. You will oversee laboratory performance, support quality investigations, drive process optimization efforts, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliable analytical services. This is an exciting opportunity to influence both day-to-day plant operations and long-term continuous improvement initiatives while leading a laboratory team that operates in both standard and cleanroom environments.
We offer permanent at-will employment based onsite in Deer Park, TX.
Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience will also be considered. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical laboratory environment, including wet chemistry and instrument-based analysis, is required. Experience within a manufacturing environment and high-purity analytical testing is strongly preferred. Experience with analytical techniques such as ICP-MS, ICP-OES, HPLC, GC, TOC, Ion Chromatography, and GFAA is highly desirable. Semiconductor industry experience is a plus.
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The base pay expected for this role is: $98,000-$109,000 per year in the United States.
