Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Study Supervisor to oversee studies, procedures and research assignments, coordinating personnel and study teams while assisting with sample and data collection for research studies.

You will ensure staff are trained, equipment is GLP compliant, and SOPs are maintained. The role requires strong communication, organization, and data documentation skills within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• LATG certification preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
• Ability to write advanced reports and correspondence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Well developed interpersonal skills and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise studies, procedures and research assignments with trained staff.
• Coordinate duties of study personnel and teams.
• Assist with sample and data collection for research studies.
• Ensure availability of supplies, forms or data systems for data collection.
• Train staff on technical procedures and GLP-compliant practices.
• Monitor study progress and adherence to timelines.
• Attend meetings on study planning and SOP development.
• Document procedures and results in study notebooks per GLP.
