Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program; lab experience preferred.
• Indiana driver's license may be required with a clean driving history for the last three years.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens and perform order entry.
• Prepare blood components and handle pre-analytic processing.
• Register patients and deliver specimens as needed.
• Support clerical tasks and general lab operations.
