Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in inventory management, procurement, shipping/receiving, logistics or related operations.
• Experience with inventory and procurement systems preferred; VWR products a plus.
• IATA, DOT, OSHA Right-to-Know, or IMDG training preferred; forklift/HAZWOPER certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of Site Services operations to ensure daily activities run efficiently.
• Provide cross-functional coverage for Procurement, Inventory Coordinator, and GMP Coordinator duties.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Scopes of Work, training materials, and other operations initiatives.
• Serve as a key contact for customers, purchasing, facilities and plant leadership teams.
• Utilize systems including ESS, Citrix, Ariba, SAP, JD Edwards, UPS, FedEx, StockTracker, ChemSW.
• Train and support team members on VWR services and processes.
• Handle advanced support such as credit/rebill processing and invoice reconciliation.
• Track KPIs and budgets to sustain operational excellence.
• Identify process improvements to drive efficiencies and customer experience.
• Travel to customer locations as needed; prepare Day 10 kits and labeling materials.
• Coordinate weekly shipping/receiving with multiple customer partners.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
