Responsibilities

• Document complaint samples received in the Field Assurance Lab for evaluation.
• Support daily requests for sample return kits; ship domestically and internationally; track and communicate status.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipping of sample return kits.
• Track shipping inventory and order supplies from approved vendors.
• Oversee image/video review requests; run queries and maintain trackers; follow up on open issues.
• Maintain GDP when recording results; escalate issues to supervisor.
• Maintain GLP and a clean, professional work environment; interact with internal/external customers.
• Store and dispose of samples per procedures; support lab process improvements.
• Understand and follow procedures and regulatory requirements.
