Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise a variety of manual, semi-automated and automated assays with high accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain quality control data and calibration/maintenance tasks.
• Instruct and orient staff; manage department staffing and performance appraisals.
• Assist accreditation processes and ensure compliance with safety and infection control.
