Pace Analytical is seeking a Lab Support Technician in Raleigh, NC to assist in preparing, processing, and maintaining lab samples across environmental, biological, and chemical areas. The role involves daily lab prep, data handling, and supporting testing activities.

The candidate will help ensure compliance, uphold safety, and work collaboratively with a multisector team to deliver accurate results and efficient service to customers.

Qualifications

• Basic lab support duties across areas.
• Customer service and communication with staff and customers.
• Ability to follow lab policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lab for daily operations, stocking materials and maintaining cleanliness.
• Supports analytical testing by preserving samples and documenting results.
• Picks up, transports and maintains results, samples and documents.
• Disposes of laboratory materials per guidelines.
• Reviews and processes standard logs and databases.
• Provides support on lab policies and programs to staff.
• Resolves issues and makes recommendations to improve processes.
• Ensures compliance with laws and regulations; escalates when needed.
• Contributes to department efficiency and teamwork.
• Promotes Pace Analytical mission with courteous behavior.
