Job summary

Pace Analytical is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Support Specialist to join our Huntersville, NC team. You will prepare lab for daily operations, stock materials, assist analytical testing, and ensure proper documentation and sample handling in a fast-paced environment.

We value accuracy, teamwork, and customer service as you support staff and management, maintain logs, comply with safety guidelines, and help improve lab policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related lab experience preferred.
• Experience in a lab or environmental setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares lab for daily operations including stocking materials and ensuring safety and cleanliness.
• Supports analytical testing processes and documents results and sample preparation.
• Picks up, transports, maintains results and samples, and disposes of laboratory materials per guidelines.
• Reviews and processes logs, documents, and databases; supports staff with lab support policies.
