Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, cancer biology, molecular biology, chemistry, genetics, or related field.

• Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the PI and stakeholders on laboratory and research planning.
• Utilize laboratory techniques required for research projects.
• Culture brain tumor cell lines.
• Perform experiments with drug and radiation treatments, Western blot, qPCR, and other molecular biology techniques.
• Document results and present at meetings and conferences.
• Assist with writing manuscripts and grants.
• Assist with lab management including purchasing and budget maintenance.
