Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited, BioLife division, is seeking a Lab Support Associate in the USA GA Social Circle location. The role supports lab staff in preanalytical tasks, adheres to SOPs, CFRs, GMPs and CLIA requirements, and helps maintain sample integrity and compliance.

The position emphasizes accurate sample handling, equipment upkeep, inventory management, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant lab environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Previous work experience in a lab setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, accession and process samples according to SOP.
• Perform sample centrifugation per SOP for assigned area.
• Discard samples as required and manage back-up samples when applicable.
• Maintain equipment and sample management to ensure timely testing.
• Communicate issues related to lab equipment, supplies and workload.
